The Power Of Vision For The Next Generation

NEUROSCIENCE TELLS US that everything happens in the mind first before it materializes in physical reality, so I have made it my life’s work to help myself and others create, articulate, and animate their goals. Young people need to enjoy the boundless possibilities of youth, dreaming big, being excited and motivated about what is out there, regardless of the difficulties that we find ourselves in. Vision and support will create excitement in their lives. It will energize them, guide their friendships, attract the resources they need, and it is the best antidote for overcoming the multitude of temptations that face many youths. They are our future; they will be making the decisions that influence the world. It all starts with belief and vision.

Life is a gift. We enter this life with an allowance; genes, gifts, talents, and an innate drive to connect, keep growing and learning, and find meaning. Some get it right, and some spend the greater part of a lifetime wandering aimlessly from one activity to the next. I have come to understand the greatest differentiator between these experiences is vision.

Leaving a valuable Legacy to the next generation is every leader’s goal because when it comes down to it, our legacy is the people we touch through our leadership. A lack of role models or resources, along with the reflexive perpetuation of intergenerational scripts sees our young people without purpose, vision, or anchor. The power of vision for the next generation is an incredible source of inspiration to any leader with a vision to leave a legacy behind.
