LIFE BRINGS PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED. Everyone, even young children, faces challenges at some point. But life also gives opportunities and the chance to change, the only qualifier is that each of us, without exclusion, must want to. We must be prepared to take responsibility for our part in a situation. Resolving problems and conflicts can bring an opportunity to connect with others and find ways to collaborate.

Life can change in an instant, and if the Covid 19 pandemic is anything to go by the most unsuspecting can be taken. We need to look ahead and be part of the change. I believe African leadership can be enhanced by exploring the magnitude of the middle ground. It took me many years and interesting experiences to see life in this way. The magnitude of the Middle Ground is intended to impact leaders of Women, Youth, Elders, Churches, and Kraals often in positions to resolve conflicts in society & mainly apply Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms as explained in this book.
