Opening Up

In this book you are going to discover the strength that you need to never give up. My hope is that you find me sincere as I share my experiences with you. I am going tell you about the decisions I made that caused me to travel from my home country of Uganda to the Netherlands. I will also tell you of the lessons I learned along the way— lessons I do not think I would have learned in any other way. Please keep in mind, the stories you are about to read are not meant to represent Ugandans, or any group of people whatsoever. The mistakes I made were my own. The challenges and struggles I experienced are likewise solely representative of my own story.
