THE GOAL FOR BUSINESS as it is for most of our life is to have balance and value across the entire spectrum. This adds complexity, but once you have a game plan (or policy or procedure) in place it becomes easier. Whether we are investing in something big or small, short-term or long-term according to our needs, there needs to be some degree of structure and credible available information. Procurement makes these considerations clear and helps us to evaluate benefits and cost and to ask and answer questions about feasibility, accessibility, sourcing processes, contractual guidelines, and so forth.

I am passionate about the whole concept of value. In any endeavor, whether it be studying, an investment, or even a relationship. Life is too hectic for half measures, or to get drawn into every little aspect. The same rings true for modern businesses. As markets become more accessible and global partnerships are increasing and expanding, the value appears to be ahead of many other decision points.
