Tunde Akande

He is the founder and Group Managing Director/CEO of Heritage Group, an integrated housing and infrastructure development and real estate finance company he founded in April 1995 in Lagos, Nigeria. It has since grown to include operations in the United States of America, United Kingdom, and Nigeria, and now has its head office in London. He is an entrepreneur who holds a degree in estate management, a master’s degree in construction management, and a diploma in mortgage and real estate finance. He is an associates member and fellow of various professional bodies in Nigeria, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He his way up in the international property investment marketplace, first launching in early 2002 with capital he raised from the sale of his first landed property in Lagos. With training's in the U.S. and UK, he has established himself as an authority in the international property investment arena and leverages his knowledge of the property investment marketplace and global network through his coaching and mentoring programs across the continent.
