ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Grace Togun Olugbodi
Passionate to help children fall in love with math and reduce math anxiety and frustration, Grace Togun Olugbodi can think of no better way to exercise the mind than using math as mind nutrition. At the age of 9, Grace gained immense self-confidence after being awarded her school’s math prize out of 300 pupils, and attributes many of her life’s achievements to this event. Too many children hate or struggle with math and find it boring. Grace invented her game series so that children can experience the beauty and joy of math.
Grace first became inspired to help children address math challenges through creative ways in 1998, after volunteering for the Sir John Cass Foundation while studying at University. She has two children and, with her husband, established the company Nutrition for Body and Mind to implement her strong belief that a wholesome approach to health is key, and that body, mind, memory, nutrition and health are closely linked. Grace won the Women Inspiring Women National Award in 2013 and 2014.
