His career has spanned various top positions in both international and national organizations, showcasing his exceptional professional capabilities.

Today, Dr. Toh stands as a symbol of success, but more importantly, as a loving father to four children and a devoted husband. His journey to success was significantly supported by his parents and family, whose unwavering belief and support have been the cornerstone of his achievements.
