Charles Okwalinga
Charles Okwalinga helps people from all backgrounds open their dream restaurant. After opening and running an extremely successful restaurant with African cuisine, he developed his book and workbook, A Recipe for Restaurant Success, to share all he learned about the process of developing, opening, running, and marketing a great restaurant enterprise. He teaches the step-by-step process for navigating the various complexities and details of opening an organized, exciting, successful restaurant business venture.
Charles entered the restaurant business in 2003, along with his supportive wife, Margaret, by opening their first restaurant, Exceline, in London UK. Margaret, trained in catering and hotel management and a very creative recipe formulator, partnered with Charles in founding their restaurant based on a fine dining African restaurant concept. Being a leader in the provision of African cuisine, Charles was selected to undertake Business Leadership training under the London Development Agency Business leadership training programme in 2008. Currently, he is registered as a seminar speaker at the London City business library addressing various topics in running a restaurant business.
