Gladys Jerop Some has vast professional experience having worked in Government and the private sector specialising in corporate strategy development, communications, brand management, operations and personnel management. Throughout her career she has established an excellent network of contacts.

She is passionate about the development of Kenya and the region, is focused on initiatives which build mutual beneficial partnerships and is especially keen on Diaspora engagement and relations in order to harness key skills and competencies that may be beneficial for the enhancement and building of the economy of Kenya as well as enhance livelihoods.
