ABOUT THE BOOK

Caregiving

Caregiving is universal. In the words of Rosalynne Carter, former First Lady of the United States, there are only four kinds of people in this world: Those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers. Since I have walked the path of all those four people, let me begin the conversation about life throwing you forcefully into your purpose and the decisions you make to keep making the world a better place through your experiences. For from our decisions come actions, and on extreme days, this is the line between ruin and abundance, between resignation and renewal, between life and death.
