Dr. Theresia Mutetei

Dr. Theresia Mueni Mutetei is a professional teacher, trainer, mentor, and adjunct lecturer in Human Resource Management at Pan-African Christian University in Kenya, where she teaches, supervises, and mentors Masters and Ph.D. students for their dissertations. She has co-authored articles in peer review journals with Professor Elegwa Mukulu and Dr. Waiganjo, and she presented a paper in the just-concluded second Annual International Conference on Project Management hosted by the University of Nairobi, virtually.

Dr. Mutetei is a consultant in academic and business research in the area of organizational learning and leadership. Theresia is a firm follower of Jesus Christ, a wife and mother to two young adults, a grandmother, and a passionate mentor of upcoming professionals in secondary and tertiary institutions.
