Faisal Mukwaya

FAISAL MUKWAYA gained immense interest in understanding and documenting experiences of workers in the Middle East since he started residing in United Arab Emirates a couple of years ago. Thus, he has dedicated a considerable amount of time studying and understanding business practices, work challenges and opportunities, and the Middle East as a whole.

Faisal has also founded Middle East Workers Academy – a skills training organization, that offers courses in personal development and mobilization capacity building, training individuals in several areas. Before traveling to the Middle East, Faisal worked as a banker and a social worker in Uganda. He holds a bachelor’s degree of Adult and Community Education from Makerere University.
